Funds Transfer
You can make a funds transfer from either:
- Your linked Citibank account (foreign currency) to your other linked VND or Foreign currency Citibank account.
- Your bank account in other banks in Vietnam or Overseas to your nominated account in Citibank.
- Your Citibank account to a Credit Card account (Citibank Online, CitiPhone banking).

By mail using a cheque
You can make deposits and payments by cheque to your Citibank account by mail. Please allow three business days from the time Citibank receives the cheque.

Post Office branches (VPSC branch locations)
You can make payments for your Credit Card accounts from any of the 200+ VPSC locations. Please allow three business days for payments to reflect in your account.
Withdrawals from your Citibank accounts can be made using the following options.
