Citibank Online

If you're an existing Citi customer, you can quickly send and receive secure messages within Citibank Online for all your enquiries with few simple steps.

  • Step 1. Login using your Username and Password.
  • Step 2. Once logged in, click on "Services" on the blue bar menu >> "My profile" >> "My Message" >> "Inbox" and enter your OTP (One-time PIN) to proceed.
  • Step 3. Select "Compose Email" >> select the appropriate subject line for the message, enter the details of your inquiry >> click on "Submit".

The response to your inquiry will also be in the secure messaging system in Citibank Online. Once logged in, click on "Inbox" on the left navigation to view it.

We are operating 24/7 for account-related emergency services such as reporting of lost or stolen card and fraud cases etc. Should you need assistance for other matters, our Citiphone Officers will be available from 6:30 AM to 10:30 PM daily.
